1. Who we are
LLAXA Garage Ltd (company number 12743135, registered office 15 Maswell Park Road, Hounslow, England, TW3 2DL) is the controller of the personal information described here. 2. What we collect and why

3. Who we share it with
We only share what each supplier needs to provide its service to us:
- Hostinger hosts our website and database.
- Stripe processes online payments.
- DVLA receives the registration number when we look up a vehicle.
- OpenAI reads text from workshop photos (for example a VIN plate, dashboard mileage or test-equipment printout) so our technicians do not have to type it. Our technicians check every value.
- Meta (WhatsApp) and our email provider deliver messages you asked for, such as MOT reminders.
- DVSA receives MOT test results, as the law requires.
Some of these suppliers may process information outside the UK, for example in the United States. Where they do, the transfer is covered by UK adequacy regulations or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum. We do not sell your personal information or use it for advertising.
4. How long we keep it
- Bookings, job cards, invoices and payment records: 6 years after the end of the financial year they relate to.
- MOT inspection records and photos: as long as DVSA rules require, and no longer than 6 years.
- LLAXA Care records: the membership year plus 6 years.
- MOT reminder details: until you stop reminders, or 2 years after your last reminder.
- Security logs: up to 12 months.
5. Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your information, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to transfer it to you or another company. Where we rely on consent, such as for MOT reminders, you can withdraw it at any time using the stop link in any reminder or by contacting us. Some records, such as invoices and MOT results, must be kept by law even if you ask us to delete them.
We will reply within one month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
6. Cookies
Our website only uses cookies that are needed for it to work: keeping you signed in to your customer, staff or LLAXA Pass account and protecting sign-in. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. Payments open Stripe's secure checkout, which uses its own cookies to prevent fraud.
7. Changes
We will update this notice if the way we use personal information changes, and show the new date at the top.
