Questions
How long does an MOT take?
Allow about an hour. You can wait, or drop the car off and we will message you when it is done.
What happens if my car fails?
We show you each defect, explain it in plain English and give you a price before any repair. Nothing is done without your approval.
Do I pay for a retest?
If you leave the car with us for repairs and it is retested within 10 working days, the partial retest is free, as set by DVSA.
When can I MOT my car?
Up to one month (minus a day) before the expiry date without losing any time on the certificate. Use the MOT checker on our homepage to see your date and set free reminders.
